The I Can Be programme brings 7 and 8 year-old girls into the world of work, helping them to discover the breadth of opportunity around them. It's a programme I was very proud to be a part of as I have always believed that it’s easier to shape a new generation than change an old one. And, if we want to affect real change in terms of diversity, we need to look broader than our own self-fulfilment and invest our efforts into the generations to come, enabling them to overcome the stigmas, stereotypes and limitations that ours have faced.
